Elias Bou Khalil, a Partner, is a corporate lawyer and a registered legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department.  He brings over 14 years of UAE experience, and over 20 years of cross border litigation and legal transactional work, advising multinational companies on corporate governance, legal work, and transactional matters in addition to litigation and arbitration work. Elias is registered as a legal practitioner in Paris and Beirut, in addition to his registration as legal consultant with the legal affairs department in Dubai. He will oversee the legal aspects of the business.
